GOAL

To design a workshop that is both team building and problem solving. This team was in pursuit of building an effective communication strategy and creating an action plan for the next 1-3 years.

CHALLENGE

This was a first all department gathering, to collaborate and develop a communication strategy and action plan to retain and attract to members to the organization

SOLUTION

Design a meeting experience around communication built with hands on activities, and visual action planning. The team explored “communication” through the metaphor of the Rooster to derive insights to execute a plan to attract new members to the organization. Working visually helped simplify departmental goals, enhance clarity and align departments in one vision.
