Wanted to find a creative way to capture and share back the experience and the collective learnings

CHALLENGE

Team isolation. Members of this team work remotely, often resulting in feeling disconnected and lack of cohesiveness. This called for a team building activity that answered the question , what does connection look like?

SOLUTION

Graphic recording captures the steps in the guided practice and the outcome and insights the team produced. Furthermore documenting the experience, serving as tangible artifact shared forward, that can be re-read and experienced.
